About the Role Our recruitment firm works with rapidly expanding corporate teams along Boca Raton's Yamato and Broken Sound corridors. We regularly recruit sharp, agile, and detail-driven Senior Executive Assistants to support CEOs, COOs, and founders. This role acts as a strategic administrative partner, ensuring seamless daily operations, managing critical board-level projects, and serving as the operational glue for executive leadership.salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities C-Suite Operational Support: Manage day-to-day operations for the C-Suite, including heavy meeting coordination, action item tracking, and strategic priority alignment. Board & Leadership Meeting Preparation: Organize quarterly board meetings, executive retreats, and town halls; compile presentations, agenda materials, and official meeting minutes. Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between executive leadership, internal department heads, board members, and key external partners. Corporate Travel & Event Planning: Organize complex corporate travel arrangements and manage logistics for client dinners, executive summits, and team off-sites. Project Management & Reporting: Assist with special corporate initiatives, research projects, and preparing weekly executive dashboard reports. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 4+ years of experience as an EA supporting C-Level executives in enterprise tech, healthcare management, or corporate headquarters. Technical Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office 365, Slack/Teams, project management tools (Asana, Monday.com), and executive presentation software. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with board members, investors, and internal teams.
