This includes frequent domestic travel (3-5 trips a month, typically 1-2 nights). Travel Coordination: Organize last-minute and high-priority travel arrangements (primarily domestic, with minimal international travel). This includes flights (Delta Diamond/Platinum), accommodations, and itinerary planning, ensuring a seamless experience for the CEO. Meeting Support & Follow-Up: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and handle post-meeting follow-up such as sending thank-you notes and coordinating client follow-up. Administrative Support: Handle phone screening, document preparation, and other general administrative tasks. Assist with tracking expenses and manage reporting, using Excel and potentially implementing expense management tools like Concur. Personal Assistance: Assist with personal errands, appointments, and travel coordination. Technology & Systems: Support the CEO with MS 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint), Salesforce for contact management, Teams (transitioning from RingCentral), and other office technologies. Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
