Manage a dynamic and complex calendar, including scheduling high-level meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel, and arranging special events. Handle highly confidential communications and documents with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism. Prepare, format, and proofread a wide range of correspondence; independently draft communications related to assigned responsibilities. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain momentum on key initiatives and strategic projects. Oversee logistics, scheduling, and preparation for meetings and events, ensuring the CEO is consistently set up for success. Screen and manage incoming communications for the CEO, serving as both gatekeeper and liaison. Support various company activities, including client briefings, internal meetings, and events, as needed.
