Match export documents with warehouse receipts.Logistical Coordination: Assist with the export shipment booking process. Coordinate local and long-distance pick-ups and deliveries of cargo.Customer & Supplier Communication: Request export documentation from customers (such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin). Work with customers' suppliers to track the availability of purchase orders and update management systems with cargo and document status.Communication & Follow-up: Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails, perform extensive follow-up, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Export Compliance: Prepare export certificates for various government entities.
