Key Responsibilities * Operational Accounting: Execute month-end close activities, including accruals, provisions, and intercompany invoicing. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies between Standard and Actual costs to drive plant efficiency. Inventory Oversight: Manage reporting for scrap, rework, and Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory to protect the bottom line. Pricing Strategy: Administer pricing for new product launches, manage OEM and Aftermarket price lists, and audit annual customer discount adjustments based on performance matrices. Reporting: Design and distribute weekly sales and production reports for internal stakeholders and management. What You Bring * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required. Experience: 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Tech Savvy: Advanced Excel skills are a must (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query). Familiarity with D365 or BPCS is a significant advantage. Commercial Pricing & Revenue Management Manage pricing entry for new products, ensuring alignment with required margin thresholds. Administer customer discount structures and performance rebates per established matrices. Generate specific pricing sheets for OEM and Aftermarket channels during the pricing season. Conduct "readiness checks" for new units to verify cost and price accuracy prior to release. Audit annual customer discount adjustments to verify performance-based incentive compliance.
