Your core responsibilities will include: Financial Ownership: Taking ownership of financial reporting, primarily focusing on P&L, inventory, net working capital, and cash position. Planning & Closing: Leading or assisting with critical financial cycles, including monthly closes, year-end closing, forecasting, and business planning. Operational Support: Providing support for inventory management tasks, such as resolving discrepancies, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments. Business Intelligence: Delivering key performance indicator (KPI) data and financial reports to management and cross-functional business teams (e.g., production, operations) to facilitate informed decision-making. Proactive Analysis: Performing proactive analysis, problem identification, and implementing action plans to drive enhanced business performance. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total experience in financial controlling, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Technical Proficiency: strong hands-on experience with core financial planning and reporting systems, including SAP, BW, and Hyperion. Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
