We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Performance Coach to support our overnight production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, serving as the first point of contact for employees starting their shift and a consistent presence on the production floor throughout the night. You’ll help employees check in, confirm schedules, get to their assigned areas, and resolve day-to-day HR questions—ensuring the night shift runs smoothly from start to finish.
