This role is crucial to our production process, centering on the operation of a pecker machine. What You'll Be Doing: Operating the pecker machine to ensure continuous product output. Heavy Lifting: Frequently handling and pouring 80 lb bags of material (must be comfortable lifting 50-80 lbs). Utilizing your experience with a sit-down forklift to move and stage materials safely. Performing essential machine cleaning and maintenance. Completing quality checks on finished bags and pre-shift forklift inspections. What to Expect: This is a Temporary-to-Hire position with the potential for long-term career growth. Work is inside, but in a non-climate controlled facility—it will be hot when it's hot outside and cold when it's cold outside. You must be prepared for this environment, which also involves dirt, dust, and gravel. No prior machine operator experience is required; we train!
