Administer specialized pay updates, including stock updates, on-call pay, manual checks, gym reimbursements, gift awards, and car/gas allowances. Manage employee requests for direct deposit changes, W-4 updates, address changes, and paystub inquiries. Handle administrative financial tasks including wage verifications, stop payments, direct deposit reversals, and petty cash backup. Monitor ADP Workforce Manager reports to audit missing punches, PTO usage, and proper pay codes. Execute weekly "Process Time Pay Data" imports to ensure hours are accurate before payroll finalization. Generate General Ledger (GL) downloads and convert text files into Excel for financial reporting. Coordinate the physical separation and distribution of checks for multi-state locations.
