Required Qualifications: Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment operating complex machinery. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical Know-How: Solid knowledge of machine mechanics and advanced troubleshooting skills. Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Leadership: Proven ability to train and mentor others effectively. Key Skills: Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and quality focus. Problem-Solver: strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in varying climates (cold or hot). Team Player: Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently. Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as required. Physical Demands You'll be active on the production floor, so you must be able to: Walk and stand for an extended period. Lift, push, and move items weighing 40 pounds or more. salary: $18 - $18.5 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Expert Operation: Operate and expertly set up complex assigned machines with minimal supervision, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Proactively identify machine malfunctions and report necessary minor repairs. Assist with routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication, as needed. Quality Champion: Perform meticulous quality checks on finished products, ensuring they consistently meet strict specifications. Training & Leadership: Act as a mentor and trainer for less experienced operators, sharing your knowledge and elevating the team's capabilities. Process Improvement: Participate in and actively recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and quality. Logistics & Documentation: Load and unload materials and maintain accurate production documentation and logs. Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
