Your day-to-day will include: Audit & Review: Perform meticulous reviews of employee timesheets to verify accuracy and ensure all hours worked are documented and accounted for. Data Integrity: Execute high-accuracy data entry into payroll databases and spreadsheets, capturing compensation details, hours, and employee updates. Disbursement Management: Facilitate employee direct deposit requests and banking updates, while also managing the processing and distribution of paper checks requiring proper documentation. Compensation Adjustments: Calculate and process pay adjustments for raises, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation changes with 100% accuracy. Compliance & Garnishments: Process and track wage garnishments according to legal mandates; maintain precise records for tax withholdings, garnishments, and employee benefits. Reporting & Analytics: Generate vital payroll reports for internal departments and management to support accounting functions and financial audits.
