Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like defect rates and customer complaints. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to align process requirements. What You'll Need: 10+ years of experience in quality and/or process engineering roles, with 5+ years in a leadership/managerial capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Proficiency in quality/process tools (FMEA, 8D, CAPA, Minitab). Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a strong plus. 5+ years of Injection Molding experience.
