Oversee AP/AR processes, including vendor invoices, customer collections, credit memos, and employee expense reports. Provide hands-on backup for AP, AR, and billing functions as needed. Compliance, Controls & Leadership Maintain robust internal controls, protect confidential data, and prep files for external CPA audits. Train, guide, and cross-train accounting staff to ensure operational continuity. Partner with HR, Sales, and Operations to streamline workflows, document procedures, and drive continuous process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Accounting certification or CPA track experience preferred but not required. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of accounting supervisory or leadership experience required. Manufacturing accounting experience preferred. strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices. Experience with payroll accounting and reconciliation preferred. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
