High-Volume Imaging & Scanning: Run professional-grade, high-speed production scanners to digitize massive legal files, ensuring 100% page-for-page accuracy and clarity. Advanced Finishing & Binding: Perform precision document finishing, including heavy-duty stapling, GBC/Coil/Velo binding, cutting, folding, and creating custom tabs/dividers for legal binders and trial exhibits. Document Prep & Post-Processing: Carefully disassemble complex legal bindings (clips, staples, rivets) for scanning, and meticulously reassemble/re-bind files back to their exact original physical state. Quality Control (QC): Conduct rigorous quality checks on both printed outputs and digital images for alignment, clarity, color accuracy, and completeness against the physical originals. Indexing & Metadata: Utilize legal document management software to name, file, and index digital records according to strict firm nomenclature and organizational standards.
