Execute advanced diagnostics using schematics to troubleshoot complex issues. For Level III: Read, edit, monitor, and modify PLC ladder logic. Comply with all Food Safety standards, ensuring work surfaces are sanitary post-repair. Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and interact with suppliers. Technician III (Expert): Associate’s Degree (Technical Field) + 5 years related experience. Leads advanced diagnostics; expert in machine repair; proficient in PLC ladder logic modification. Proactively manage safety by adhering to all protocols (PPE, LOTO) and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Perform routine repairs on HVAC, electrically powered equipment, and appliances. Comply with all Food Safety standards, ensuring work areas and contact surfaces are sanitary post-repair. Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and interact with suppliers and manufacturers as needed. Work independently, manage time effectively, and assist junior technicians with diagnosing malfunctions.
