We are seeking an Experienced Industrial Electrician to support our high-volume beverage production and bottling facility. This role is essential for maintaining the electrical integrity of our automated processing, pasteurization, and packaging lines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses the technical "know-how" to troubleshoot complex systems on the fly. Knowledge of Allen-Bradley (A/B) PLCs is a significant advantage in this role, as our facility relies on integrated automation to meet production goals.Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (up to 480V 3-phase), including motors, VFDs, servos, and transformers. Automation & Controls: Troubleshoot and support Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled machinery. Ability to read ladder logic to diagnose sensor failures or timing issues is highly helpful. High-Speed Production Support: Perform emergency repairs on bottling lines, fillers, cappers, labelers, and palletizers to minimize downtime. Wash-Down Environment Safety: Ensure all electrical panels, enclosures, and conduit are properly sealed and maintained to withstand daily sanitation and high-pressure wash-down procedures. Regulatory Compliance: Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA safety standards, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure a safe food-grade production environment. Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections and component replacements to prevent equipment failure during peak production runs. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of industrial electrical experience, ideally in a beverage, food, or liquid-processing plant. Technical Skills: * Proficient in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Experience with Allen-Bradley (A/B) hardware and software is a plus. Hands-on experience with motor control centers (MCCs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Availability: Must be able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) to support our 24/7 production schedule.
