job summary: Leading manufacturing company in Houston, TX is looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to the team to drive operational excellence. In this role, you will lead projects that reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance performance across our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor Green Belts, and ensure improvement initiatives directly support strategic business goals.
