Benefits!salary: $18 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities• Confidently communicate with customers via phone and email; ALL communication is remote and not face-to-face • Be proficient in Werever’s product line including cabinet shapes, dimensions, features, colors, door styles, and price • Update Werever’s CRM system with current status and related notes as they pertain to customer service activities • Communication skills, written and verbal, are a must Customer Contact and Follow-up • Proactively follow‐up via telephone and email with customers that have contacted Werever but have not purchased cabinetry. A variety of tools will be made available to help you remember when customers should be contacted. • Follow-up with customers who have open Proposals on the schedule set forth in the Team Responsibilities schedule. • Follow-up with repeat Industry Professional (contractors, designers, etc) customers for future projects.
