Maintain the daily inbound shipments in the Excel logbook record. Computer literate to respond to customers’ emails in a very proactive manner. Place incoming parts in location after Quality control inspection. Assist in pulling parts for SO/RO to be directed to Quality Control Handle packaging procedures for finished orders from Quality Control to ensure safety of shipment. Verify accuracy of orders by matching PN’s, SN’s and or quantities Take pictures of the shipment being prepared. Ensure that items are properly packed and labeled. Knowledgeable with FedEx, UPS, DHL Shipping software Able to schedule pickups and deliveries by email and/or by phone with Freight Forwarders and local couriers. File and register Hazmat Documentation accordingly. Ensure that all outbound orders are recorded in the Excel logbook record. Ensure posting of outbound shipments. Ensure that the warehouse is clean and always maintained. Handle daily cycle counting of assigned areas.
