Lead and inspire a statewide team of field technicians, supervisors, and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are well-trained and equipped to deliver effective pest control solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of field operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards. The Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service from the call the center to field operations, resulting in an increase in customer retention. Additionally, the Manager of Operations will ensure inside sales are closing at a high rate while also cross-selling bundled opportunities where possible. Ensuring robust training and safety for technicians will also be the Director of Operation’s responsibility.
