This isn't your average "post and pray" recruiting role; you will serve as a strategic hiring partner to our Sales leadership, helping them build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, competitive market. You’ll have the autonomy to drive strategy and the resources to execute it—all while playing a critical role in our continued growth. Who You Are Experienced: You have 1 to 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a specific, proven track record of recruiting for Sales roles. (Agency recruiting experience is highly preferred!) Consultative: You aren't just an order-taker; you have the communication skills to push back, influence, and advise hiring managers on talent availability and recruiting strategy. Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with HRIS platforms (experience with Oracle HCM is a plus) and are a power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards. Organized: You can handle multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks. The Details Compensation: $26 – $27 per hour. Proactive Sourcing: While you will have support from dedicated sourcing partners, you will be expected to proactively source and build pipelines for niche sales roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and direct outreach.
