As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the primary strategic partner to attorneys, managing the daily flow of information and prioritizing complex client requests to ensure seamless practice operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of legal documentation, including drafting, proofreading, and maintaining precise client and title files. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency to manage financial tasks such as time entry, client billing, and expense reconciliation. Additionally, you will oversee all logistical needs, from scheduling and travel arrangements to coordinating business development follow-ups and office support. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with high accuracy while maintaining organized client and title files. Facilitate the billing cycle by assisting with time entry and client invoicing, as well as reconciling expenses, reimbursements, and vendor invoices. Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements and manage all logistics for meetings, conferences, closings, and service of process. Track business development activities and follow-up actions while providing general office support, including supply management and client reception.
