A household name in insurance is seeking a Discovery Attorney to cover for a maternity leave. The role is expected to start in late November or early December and be 5 months in duration. This position is 100% remote and candidates can be ANYWHERE in the continental US. Work is full-time (40 hours/week) during standard business hours. Role requires: (a) an active license to practice law (b) experirence with the collection, review and portection of sensitive discovery production materials; (c) experience with legal research and drafting for discovery-related motions, objections, and responses.
