You’ll be the expert on-site for 5S, Standard Work, and Visual Management. Solve Problems: Use DMAIC, 5 Why, and Fishbone methodologies to perform root-cause analysis and reduce scrap/rework. Prioritize Safety: Maintain a "Zero Incident" culture through daily audits and behavior-based observations. Schedule & Environment Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Thursday, 4/10 schedule). Hours: 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM (with flexibility for shift handoffs). Environment: This is a hands-on, non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Qualifications Experience: 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Lean Expertise: Proven track record leading Kaizen events and implementing Lean tools. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret production data and knowledge of quality systems (PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans). Education: High School Diploma/GED required; technical degree or Lean certification preferred.
