Communicate with suppliers regarding quality, certification, and compliance issues. Tag suspect materials and prepare Corrective Action/Discrepancy Reports for non-conforming items. Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and complete reports for management approval. Final Inspection & Shipping Conduct final inspections per QCP-1010; verify customer packets, sales orders, and travelers. Validate product part numbers, certifications, labels, and packing slips against PO requirements. Authorize final carton sealing after confirming shipment accuracy. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Investigate customer inquiries regarding documentation or non-conformance. Lead root cause analysis, recommend corrective measures, and verify their effectiveness. Collect and analyze statistical quality data to identify system improvements. Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and production teams to execute necessary quality actions.
