Change Order Management: Oversee the documentation, pricing updates, tracking, and formal approval workflows for project change orders. Comprehensive Billing: Execute complex AIA progress billings and standard service invoices through our ERP system and diverse GC portals. A/R & Risk Management: Direct collections efforts to minimize outstanding receivables, partner with Accounts Payable to coordinate supplier lien releases, and coordinate insurance/bonding certificates. Compensation Tracking: Calculate and organize project-related commission data for internal payroll approvals. Wage Compliance: Analyze project contracts to identify wage determinations and ensure strict adherence to prevailing wage laws. Reporting: Collaborate closely with the internal payroll department to generate and submit certified payroll records and state/federal compliance documentation. Audit Readiness: Maintain impeccable digital and physical archives to support public project guidelines and external compliance audits.
