We are looking for Clinical Experts who can walk into a Cardio OR, speak the language of surgeons, and provide the hands-on proctoring and training necessary to drive the adoption of superior patient care. How You'll Create ImpactAs a Clinical Account Manager, you are the technical heartbeat of your territory. You will move away from daily hospital rotations and into a strategic role where you: Architect Training Programs: Lead didactic, bench-top, and cadaveric lab sessions to train surgeons and PAs on the Venapax process. Proctor Live Cases: Act as the subject matter expert in the OR, guiding clinicians through live endoscopic harvests of the saphenous vein or radial artery. Drive Adoption: Partner with the sales force to identify growth opportunities, ensuring hospitals reach full proficiency and "gold standard" status with our technology. Consult & Support: Act as a dedicated resource for existing customers, solving complex clinical challenges and ensuring the highest levels of patient safety and product performance. What Makes You Stand OutEVH Expertise: You have direct, recent experience performing endoscopic vessel harvesting. Whether you've used Maquet VasoView, VirtuoSaph, or Venapax, you are a master of the technique. The Clinical Pedigree: You are likely a Surgical First Assistant (CSFA), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN) with a deep background in Cardiac surgery. The "Coach" Mentality: You enjoy teaching others and have the patience and communication skills to guide a veteran surgeon through a new technical process. Autonomy: You are comfortable managing a multi-state territory, balancing a heavy travel schedule with the flexibility of a remote home office. Your BackgroundClinical Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical work experience required. Technical Skill: Required expertise with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH). Education: B.S. in Engineering, Biological Sciences, or equivalent clinical certification/years of experience. Results-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving clinical excellence and the ability to work without daily supervision.
