This role is the "face" of our facility, serving as the first point of contact for global vendors, healthcare partners, and patients. Beyond standard front-desk duties, you will play a critical role in our patient education program by managing the scheduling for our CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) Compliance Classes. Manage the visitor check-in process, ensuring all security and safety protocols (SOPs) are followed. Answer and direct multi-line phone calls, providing general information about our products and services. 2. CPAP Class Coordination Manage the enrollment and scheduling for weekly CPAP set-up and maintenance classes. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure classroom availability and instructor assignments. Send appointment reminders and follow-up materials to patients via email or phone. 3. Data Entry & Administration Accurately input patient information and attendance records into our internal database. Maintain updated logs of manufacturing site visitors for regulatory compliance. Assist the administrative team with scanning, filing, and basic inventory tracking of office supplies.
