This onsite position focuses on complex data processing, patient scheduling, and high-volume communication to support clinical interventions. Key Responsibilities Data Management: Perform accurate computer data entry from patient questionnaires, laboratory reports, and provider visit forms. Patient Coordination: Manage multi-line phone systems to triage patient calls and provide follow-up instructions. Referral & Scheduling: Handle referral coding, patient scheduling, and waitlist management. Operational Support: Generate statistical reports, execute changes in patient data fields, and maintain office/medical supply inventory. Document Control: Manage filing (alpha, numeric, or color-coded), proofread documents, and prepare materials for storage or destruction. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma required. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of related administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Competencies: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to review algorithm-based screening decisions. Logistics Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Duration: 6 months with an option to extend.
