Utilize advanced electronic health record tools to manage patient data, track incoming referrals, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience working within a fast-paced medical office or outpatient clinic setting. strong proficiency and advanced operational skills utilizing EPIC electronic medical record systems are strictly required.
