Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Monitor and manage building automation systems to maintain optimal performance. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory. Respond promptly to building emergencies and resolve issues efficiently. Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices. Collaborate with other departments on facility-related projects and improvements. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
