Looking for an Installation Site Manager to manage the execution of on-site activities at the Customer premises, leading a team of Field Service Engineers (FSE'S), ensure deliverables meet stakeholders’ requirements and comply with Sidel processes. Actively drive the on-site activities preparation and needs definition (resources skill, means, HS&E) for the assigned New Equipment Projects to be executed, within the baselined cost and schedule. Position requires 90% travel outside of the US. Overtime is required. Experience managing multiple CAPEX projects and installation/commissioning activities. Experience within our industry and with our equipment. Proven experience working extensively on customer sites, including multi-week assignments. Experience managing multiple employees and contractors on site. Experience coordinating health and safety (H&S) activities on site. salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 5 AMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Accountable for the execution of on-site activities from installation start through to project closure (CPE) for assigned projects. Proactively prepare all on-site activities ahead of installation, including FAT, SWP2, and customer SWP. Ensure completion of installation, qualification, testing, and commissioning checklists, as well as adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) on site, ensuring strict compliance with the Safety Coordination Plan. Monitor and report on activity status and deliverables (HS&E, quality, cost, schedule), maintain updates in the SPOT tool, and escalate any deviations to the Project Manager Execution. Act as the main customer contact during on-site execution; lead daily reviews with the customer and Project Manager Execution and share progress reports. Manage the on-site FSE team, including logistics, and coordinate resource allocation or adjustments to meet project deliverables. Review, authorize, and sign off on intervention worksheets for both internal and external FSEs. Ensure all on-site deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction. Secure final acceptance of deliverables by stakeholders through sign-off of Sidel on-site activity certificates (e.g., Start-up, CAV, CPE).
