Work hand-in-hand with warehouse, shipping, and billing teams to guarantee flawless order fulfillment. Facilitate clear internal communication to address special requests and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks rapidly. Actively gather customer feedback to identify opportunities that elevate the overall client journey. Execute key administrative duties as required to keep sales and service operations running smoothly. Propose smart refinements to internal workflows to drive operational efficiency and service quality.
