Primary duties include leading a team of production workers, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards. Primary goal will be to optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and deliver products of the highest quality on time. Organizes production schedules, ensuring the availability of resources, materials, and equipment to meet production targets. Monitors production processes and equipment, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may affect productivity. Collaborates with Supervisors and Management regarding activities and resolve any production-related issues. Implements and enforces safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Serves as a role model for expected behavior. Identifies areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinates with Manufacturing Supervisor to conduct regular performance evaluations of production workers, provide coaching and training opportunities to enhance skills and productivity. Ensures proper documentation of production activities, including production reports, qualitytrends , and Stocking levels.
