The Medical Coordinator will play a crucial role in the success of our cases by managing medical records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and assisting attorneys in preparing strong medical evidence. Ensure all medical records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Maintain a secure and organized database of medical records for easy retrieval. Communication with Healthcare Providers: Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. Communicate effectively to obtain necessary medical information, including narrative reports, expert opinions, and billing details. Case Coordination: Collaborate with attorneys to analyze and understand the medical aspects of cases. Assist in the development of case strategies based on medical evidence. Prepare medical summaries and chronologies to facilitate case preparations. Expert Witness Coordination: Identify and coordinate expert witnesses in medical cases. Assist attorneys in preparing experts for depositions and trial testimony. Ensure that all expert opinions and reports are obtained and properly documented.
