Scheduling & Flexibility - Self-scheduling available- Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions- Day, night, and weekend-only shifts available- Schedule preferences discussed during the interview process What You'll Do As a Med Surg RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, patient-centered care while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team. -Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice-Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and in accordance with hospital policy-Collaborate with physicians and care team members to achieve positive patient outcomes-Educate patients and families to support recovery and continuity of care-Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs and call lights-Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies and life-threatening situations-Maintain a clean, organized, and healing patient environment-Participate in unit-based Quality Assurance and patient safety initiatives-Support the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students as requested-Practice within the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies What We're Looking For-Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)-Active RN license eligible to practice in Wisconsin-Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)-Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills-Ability to safely use patient care equipment and meet physical and cognitive job demands-Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Pay & Differentials-$33.00 - $51.50 per hour, based on experience-Evening and night shift differentials-Weekend Program differential available Benefits & Perks- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- 403(b) retirement plan with company match- Tuition reimbursement and professional growth support- Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO)- Employee discount program Why Join Us?
