Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure every feature meets strict customer specifications. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical or tooling issues during the production run to minimize downtime and eliminate scrap. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a precision machining environment. Technical Skill: Proficiency with major control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak).
