Order Fulfillment: Manage back-order allocations and process customer cancellations. System Integrity: Maintain part substitution logic (linkage/comments) and manage the removal of obsolete inventory based on analytical reports. Returns & Documentation RAFs & Credits: Issue Return Authorization Forms and process approved credit memos. Audit & Reporting: Conduct monthly reviews of uninvoiced shipping orders and generate inventory spreadsheets for management.
