Scanning documents into CabinetSafe Support client onboarding and tracking, including preparation of LOE’s, Courtesy Letters, PIF submission and approval, Add sheets, Salesforce. Client terminations, including Final Fee calculations, preparation of Termination Package, and Delete sheets. Accounts Receivables, including reviewing and finalizing quarterly client billings and fee debits. Reviewing client investment fees for accuracy, preparing fee change forms for client and advisor signatures, tracking completion. Gather documents for Quarterly Fee Reviews and Quarterly Risk Testing for new Account Openings Skills: 2 + years working on the Accounts Opening Team within a Banking or Financial Institution. Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to learn new programs. Must possess and display excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to communicate across teams. Proven ability to multitask while working with numbers and juggling competing priorities.
