Review final signed agreements for compliance with specific state guidelines and ensure all terms are met before final system processing. Account Management & Performance Effectively manage a monthly portfolio of 20–25 assigned accounts, ensuring no file remains stagnant. Maintain a rigorous "touch" schedule, ensuring every assigned account is reviewed, actioned, or updated at least every 3 days. Utilize Excel-based decisioning tools to calculate income and identify workout solutions, while maintaining records in Sagent (or similar servicing platforms).
