They are in the 2nd phase of RCSA execution and need several individuals to come in and drive the facilitation of RCSA efforts for the team. Job Requirements: They need a candidate that has specifically done Risk and Controls work for an investment banking or markets team/company. They feel that having someone that has done risk, compliance or controls work for consumer banking, IT, or other financially focused teams would not be able to pick up the work because the skill set will require investment banking or markets (specifically fixed income and structured products) knowledge. Be able to be highly analytical, and understand controls data, along with the ability to connect the dots to source data and understand the needs and requirements of that information.
