Key Responsibilities Production Operations: Support the startup and shutdown of equipment using designated checklists. Maintain a steady supply of packaging materials, including bags, pails, labels, and boxes, to ensure the production line remains operational. Packing and Palletizing: Pack bags into cases at a speed of 60 bags per minute. Manually palletize cases and pails up to a height of 72 inches. Handle pails weighing between 15 lbs and 35 lbs. Quality Assurance: Perform process control and quality checks on packaging and case configurations. Assist Quality Assurance technicians with product sampling and manage the re-work/re-melt process for out-of-specification items.
