In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of material handlers to ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of all parts, materials, and equipment. Inventory Control: Direct staff in performing cycle counts, physical inventory tracking, system logging, and monthly shelf-life audits. Shipping & Receiving: Oversee daily inbound/outbound shipments, inspect packages for damage, verify documentation, and coordinate with shipping vendors. Quality & Compliance: Implement audit procedures to verify part numbers, serial numbers, and traceability standards while adhering to Federal regulations and Company policies. Hazmat & Logistics: Supervise the safe handling, segregation, and distribution of Hazardous Materials, consumable materials, and core returns. Facility & Reporting: Maintain stockroom organization, manage shelving setups, and oversee the preparation of required operational records and reports. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, or logistics management. Leadership skills with the ability to manage team schedules and drive operational efficiency. Knowledge of parts management, hazardous materials handling, or strict regulatory compliance is a major plus. Excellent organizational skills and tech-savviness for accurate data entry and reporting.
