ATLANTA, GA – July 11, 2023– Randstad USA announced today that it has earned a perfect score in the 2023 Disability Equality Index® from the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability:IN. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the company has achieved this score on the esteemed list.
“Randstad works to ensure equity in our practices and programs for all groups. As part of that focus, driving and fostering a holistic approach to attracting and including people with disabilities is key to our success,” said Floss Aggrey, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Randstad North America. “Our Abilities Business Resource Group (BRG) has been instrumental in raising awareness for issues impacting our disabled team members. We are excited to continue learning from them and doing our part in creating an accessible world of work for this important community.”
