At the same time, we also coached the client on how changing some of their requirements — like requiring all engineers to be fully onsite, despite the fact that many roles could be done remotely — could ease their hiring headaches and lead to better, faster placements.
We also collaborated with them to streamline their hiring process, eventually winnowing what had been a lengthy two- to three-interview process down to just one interview, dramatically increasing the speed with which they could hire.
