- We are seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Enablement Associate with experience in pharmaceutical and biotech laboratories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of laboratory instruments and software systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between laboratory instruments and middleware platforms like Ignition and TetraScience.

responsibilities:
- Facilitate the integration of laboratory instruments with middleware platforms such as Ignition and TetraScience.
- Maintain connectivity and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
- Assist in designing and implementing data architecture to support structured data capture.
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to understand their needs and provide technical support for digital tools and systems.
- Conduct training sessions for lab users to enhance their understanding and usage of digital systems.
- Monitor and optimize data flow processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Document processes and procedures related to digital enablement and data management.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in laboratory technology and data management solutions.
qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech laboratories.
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or computer science (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in using and troubleshooting laboratory instruments and software.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Ignition and TetraScience is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
