responsibilities:
- ystem Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for iEnvision, managing user access, data entry, and workflow tracking.
- Workflow Coordination: Manage the end-to-end publication lifecycle, tracking milestones from concept through journal submission and congress presentation.
- Compliance Oversight: Review records to ensure strict alignment with GPP 2022, ICMJE, and internal SOPs.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for Medical Communication agencies, ensuring vendors adhere to established timelines.
- Reporting & Metrics: Generate monthly KPI reports and dashboards to track publication volume and cycle times.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, or business-related field.
- 2-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (Medical Affairs or Medical Communications).
- Strong familiarity with the scientific publication process (manuscripts, posters, abstracts).
- Proficiency in publication management software (iEnvision or Datavision).
- Advanced degree (Master's).
- Direct experience in a Global/Matrix environment.
