The Sample Management group is looking for a highly motivated individual to be a key contributor within our team. As a member of the Sample Management group, the successful candidate will be primarily working within the Compound Hub, processing new company compounds and inventory requests through the Compound Hub Process

responsibilities:
- Process new compound orders by weighing solid samples within a weigh hood using an analytical balance.
- Prepare chemical solutions and prepare samples for downstream processing on a Tecan Liquid Handler.
- Manage sample logistics, including securely packaging and unpackaging shipments from internal and external locations.
- Collaborate directly with scientific staff to meet strict daily service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot and triage laboratory robotics hardware and software issues quickly.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- Practical experience working in a scientific laboratory setting.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, customer-focus, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of automation tools like the Tecan evo, Biomicrolab Volume Checker, or Biomicrolab Tube Sorter.
- 0-24 months of specialized experience in compound inventory management.
