responsibilities:
- Translate asset strategy into integrated program plans across clinical, regulatory, medical, and commercial functions.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery against key asset development milestones.
- Drive risk management, scenario planning, and trade-off analyses to support critical strategic decisions.
- Manage program governance, decision logs, action tracking, and structured decision frameworks.
- Orchestrate communications planning, including PR, earnings preparation, and external milestones.
qualifications:
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of experience in drug development and commercialization.
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional project management skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across R&D and commercial functions in a global matrix.
- Experience integrating external landscapes, including competitive intelligence and regulatory evolution.
- Prior experience within a Product Development & Commercialization (PDC) or global medicines team.
- Neuroscience and product launch preparation experience.
