A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager for a hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA. Operating as a key operational leader, you will partner with the Product Development & Commercialization (PDC) Lead to translate strategy into actionable, integrated plans for an advanced CNS/Alzheimer's program. You will drive cross-functional readiness across clinical, regulatory, market access, and commercialization to solve complex launch tensions and accelerate speed to market.

responsibilities:
- Translate program strategy into actionable, integrated operating plans, schedules, critical paths, and resource assumptions across cross-functional workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and governance across Marketing, Sales Ops, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, CMC/Supply, Finance, IT, and Commercial Analytics.
- Facilitate strategic commercialization workshops, including SWOT sessions, joint planning, and scenario planning to justify access and reimbursement.
- Drive risk management, action logging, decision tracking, and proactive problem-solving to address market uptake and patient care pathway builds.
- Oversee program governance, structuring decision frameworks and managing preparation for key external and internal milestones.
qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in drug development and commercialization within a cross-functional R&D/commercial environment.
- Hands-on project management expertise, including commercial launch scheduling, risk management, and action log creation.
- Demonstrated cross-functional governance experience across Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Access, Commercial, and IT.
- Therapeutic area experience in CNS, neurology, or Alzheimer's disease.
- Strong process orientation, organizational skills, and a track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in business process improvement and implementation (e.g., Six Sigma methodologies).
