responsibilities:
- Perform sample and standard handling tasks including receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, and disposal.
- Communicate sample and standard statuses clearly to laboratory staff.
- Complete investigation and deviation forms, determining appropriate CAPAs when necessary.
- Review laboratory requests to ensure strict compliance with applicable SOPs.
- Respond to environmental unit alarms and participate in on-call responsibilities.
qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus at least 2 years of related laboratory support or inventory control experience.
- Basic knowledge of inventory flow, control, and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability to write and review SOPs and process improvement outlines.
