responsibilities:
- Perform vital sample and standard tasks including receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, and disposal.
- Coordinate and communicate the real-time status of samples and standards to laboratory personnel.
- Author investigation and deviation forms, determining appropriate CAPAs to maintain laboratory compliance.
- Review laboratory requests and provide feedback to ensure strict adherence to established SOPs.
- Respond to environmental unit alarms and actively participate in designated on-call responsibilities.
qualifications:
- High School Diploma/equivalent or relevant vocational qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in laboratory support, sample handling, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory regulatory documentation and sample storage requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability to write and review SOPs and process improvement outlines.
