responsibilities:
- Execute complex biopharmaceutical processes including mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and column chromatography.
- Operate and troubleshoot sophisticated automation systems, including LIMS, MES, and PI.
- Author and review critical technical documentation and operational procedures to ensure process accuracy.
- Utilize Quality Systems (TrackWise, ERP) to manage Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Requests.
- Support process optimization initiatives and monitor department-defined trending metrics.
- Maintain strict compliance with cGMP standards within a regulated commercial operations environment.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field; OR an Associate's degree/Biotech certificate with 2+ years of biotech manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and make manual equipment connections
- Flexibility to work the specified shift: Sunday-Wednesday (6:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Strong understanding of cGMPs and bioprocess theory
skills: Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
